When booking you can either pay a deposit to lock in your spot or pay in full. 

After making a deposit, the balance must be paid in full by March 1, 2026. Once a deposit, payments or payment in full is made, there are no refunds for cancellations or no shows. 

Your rifle will not be shipped out until AFTER the balance is paid. Once your balance is paid in full, your rifle moves into the build lineup. ETA for shipping is based on what the current turnaround time is.

You will receive your rifle BEFORE your hunt. Get it setup the way you want, sight it in and then bring it with you on the hunt.
