When booking you can either pay a deposit to lock in your spot or pay in full. 

After making a deposit, the balance must be paid in full by September 1, 2024. Your rifle will not be shipped out until AFTER the balance is paid. 

Once a deposit, payments or payment in full is made, there are no refunds for cancellations or no shows. You will also not receive the rifle if you cancel before paying in full. 

You will receive your rifle BEFORE your hunt. Get it setup the way you want, sight it in and then bring it with you on the hunt. 

Once your balance is paid in full, your rifle moves into the build lineup. ETA for shipping is based on what the current turnaround time is.

***Rifles for this hunt will not ship until end of summer of 2024, even if paid in full before then***

3 Day Ohio Whitetail Hunt 

Included in this package is: 

-Echo 3 Ordnance rifle chambered in 350 Legend, 400 Legend or 450 Bushmaster. (Ohio is a straight wall only state) 

-3 days of hunting, December 6-8

-Lodging from December 5-9

-Dinner meals for Friday, Saturday and Sunday

-Transportation to and from the field to baited stands 

-Tracking and retrieval of game 

Not Included:

-Transportation to Trophy Room Adventures 

-Supper meal on Thursday December 5

-Breakfast and Lunch meals all days  

-License 

-Tip for guides 

Hunt Info: 

-This is a FREE RANGE whitetail deer hunt. No high fences ever  

-NO trophy fees 

-A shooter buck is a minimum of 130” B&C gross OR 4.5 years old

-Lodging is bunkhouse style bedrooms   

-The North Lodge is located in Hillsboro, OH
