Outgoing Transfers:
-If you ordered a serialized item from ECHO 3 ORDNANCE, it must be shipped to another licensed FFL dealer.
-It is the customers responsibility to verify the receiving FFL's policy about acceptance of transfers and their fees.
-Customer will be responsible for return shipping to ECHO 3 ORDNANCE if the item is not able to be accepted.
-When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with instructions on how to get us your chosen dealer’s license. Please follow those instructions to expedite the shipping of your order.
Incoming Transfers:
ECHO 3 ORDNANCE IS NO LONGER ACCEPTING INCOMING TRANSFERS INCLUDING NFA ITEMS.
If Echo 3 Ordnance receives a firearm for transfer, it will be returned to the shipper that sent it. If the shipper does not supply a return label, the intended customer is responsible for the return shipping before the item is sent back.
Storage:
-Echo 3 Ordnance will only hold an item for 90 days after we notify you that your order is ready to ship. If after 90 days, no FFL information for shipping is received, your order is forfeit with NO refunds.
-In the event an incoming transfer is received, Echo 3 Ordnance will hold the item up to 90 days for a return label to be provided. If after 90 days, no return label is provided, the item is forfeit and becomes property of Echo 3 Ordnance. No compensation will be paid from Echo 3 Ordnance to the intended customer for the forfeited item.
